Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with High Crate. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled to make the process simple and fair for everyone.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that are non-returnable include:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products

  • Customized or personalized items

If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@highcrate.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Package your item securely, include your RA number, and ship it using a trackable method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).

  • If you used a discount code or promotion, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items of the same value and style in a different size or color (subject to availability).
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@highcrate.com within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.

  2. Contact your credit card company - it may take time before your refund officially posts.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@highcrate.com.
